Kiefer Sutherland may soon be back as part of FOX’s prime time lineup.
TV Line’s Nellie Andreeva reported last evening that Sutherland is in negotiations to star in a Tim Kring drama pilot. Here’s a bit about the series:
Touch centers on a father (the role Sutherland has been offered) who discovers that his autistic, mute son can predict events before they happen.
Sutherland is currently appearing on Broadway in That Championship Season, which could potentially keep him from this role. There’s also the matter of the long overdue 24 movie that is supposed to be happening, and that fans are waiting eagerly for.
Are we ready to say goodbye to Jack Bauer for good and welcome Kiefer back to the small screen in a new role? And are people ready to forgive Tim Kring for Heroes and give him another chance?
