We’re less than an hour away from the Season 6 premiere of Archer, so let’s check in with Aisha Tyler and H. Jon Benjamin, the people behind Lana Kane and Sterling Archer!
Tyler said that although Lana’s now mother to an adorable cartoon baby, she is not going to stop kicking ass. Lana was always “uniquely qualified” to be a mom, and it’s not like she didn’t plan to have Abbiejean. Tyler did mention that Lana doesn’t really trust anyone with the baby, though.
Jon Benjamin told us a bit about fatherhood for Sterling Archer … mainly that unlike Wee Baby Seamus, Abbiejean is always going to be around. He’s going to spend time trying to avoid her, but she’s the office baby. He also said that Bob’s Burgers creator Loren Bouchard is trying to figure out a way to have Archer cross over in a way that’s as clever as the Bob’s Burgers crossover into Archer was a couple of seasons ago.
