We are only a few hours away from the start of Sleepy Hollow‘s second season, and in our final video interview with the cast and producers from San Diego Comic-Con 2014, we have EP Mark Goffman, Nicole Beharie (Abbie), Tom Mison (Crane), and EP Heather Kadin. Be sure to check out the full clip below, but here are some highlights:
- Sometimes Beharie wonders if the chanting they are doing will actually conjure something up. She added that she’s more scared of the darker side of humans than the monsters that they encounter on the show.
- Goffman teased a storyline that works in the 30 pieces of silver that Judas received for turning Jesus in to the Romans.
- When asked what characters from history that they’d like to see appear on the show, Mison said he’s like to see English writer Samuel Johnson, who was friends with Benjamin Franklin. Beharie said that rather than a character from history, she would like to see them explore modern magic and witchcraft like voodoo or santeria.
- Goffman shared that Crane and Abbie are back with a vengeance in Season 2 and ready to take on whatever comes their way.

I’m so glad you folks are back for another season. I love the historical flashbacks and the special effects. Nicole & Tom have such a great chemistry. Looking forward to seeing more episodes. Best wishes for a long run.
