The fourth and final season of SundanceTV’s critically acclaimed drama Rectify is now in production.
Cameras started rolling today in Griffin, GA on the final episodes of the Peabody Award-winning series.
Season 3 wrapped with Daniel taking a plea deal that banished him from Paulie, and he set out to start a new life in Nashville. Season 4 picks up a few months later, and we’ll be meeting some new characters. Nathan Darrow (House of Cards, Gotham) is Billy, “an old classmate of Amantha’s who helps her reconnect with her youth.” Scott Lawrence (Getting On, The Grinder) is Avery, “the leader of Daniel Holden’s halfway house who guides his group of ex-offenders with an astute mix of compassion and tough love.”
Returning for the final season of Rectify are Aden Young as Daniel Holden; Abigail Spencer as Amantha Holden, Daniel’s sister; J. Smith-Cameron as Janet Talbot, Daniel’s mother; Luke Kirby as Jon Stern, Daniel’s lawyer; Clayne Crawford as Ted Talbot, Jr., Daniel’s stepbrother; Adelaide Clemens as Tawney, Ted’s wife; Bruce McKinnon as Daniel’s stepfather Ted, Sr.; Jake Austin Walker as Daniel’s half-brother, Jared; and JD Evermore as Sheriff Daggett.
Rectify‘s eight episode final season is set to air this fall on SundanceTV in the US, and on Netflix in Canada.
