There are only two episodes left in CBC’s five-part series Caught. Monday’s episode sets sail with David moving forward on his plan while Roy and KC have to change course on theirs.
[Waning: General spoilers ahead.]
Hearn tips more of his hand to David than he means to once the nostalgia, coke, and booze kick in and David files that information away for future use.
Roy recovers and we’re parceled out a little more of the story that’s haunting him, without a complete reveal. Left to her own devices, KC gets into trouble and makes a snap decision that may bite the both of them.
David casts off from Mexico and heads out toward the buy with Ada and Cyril. It’s an awkward grouping, as Cyril, thanks to a push from Hearn, descends into a paranoid bender. Ada takes a look at her options and evaluates which team she should bet on.
The joint task force reconvenes in Mexico with different agendas and timelines. That forces Roy and KC to improvise as the clock runs down on their operation and Hearn comes undone from his own bender.
The history lesson in this one is super interesting to me. Especially when you consider how Cancun looked 40 years ago with the wildcatters vs. how vast it is now. It also skews the view on how it all came to be.
Caught airs Mondays at 9pm ET/PT on CBC. If you missed an episode, they’re online at CBC and on the CBC App. Here’s a sneak peek of “Like Old Times.”
