As we continue to look at some of the upcoming TV season’s new offerings, let’s shift the focus to CBS’s Person of interest for this edition of “Upfront About …”
In the show that my significant other has dubbed “The One with Ben Linus and Jesus”, J.J. Abrams’ Person of Interest features Jim Caviezel as a CIA agent – who is thought to be dead – that teams up with a “mysterious billionaire to prevent violent crimes by using their own brand of vigilante justice”. Michael Emerson is Finch, “a software genius who invented a program that uses pattern recognition to identify people about to be involved in violent crimes”.

Now, I think this one looks totally fab, but it also falls into the camp of “might be too complicated for many viewers”. This one has definitely been added to my list of must-watch new series. Will it make yours?
