We have official word from Syfy: Haven‘s third season will premiere on Friday, September 21 at 10/9c! I know lots of fans are sad about having to wait until September for new episodes, since the first two seasons of Haven ran in the summer, but at least the network says the third season premiere will pick up immediately where we left off in the finale. Whew. Canadian fans, we don’t have a Showcase premiere date for you yet, but we’ll let you know when we do!
We also have some season 3 casting news for you: Kate Kelton and Dorian Missick are joining the cast. Kelton will play Jordan McKee, a waitress who is “an influential member of a mysterious organization of ‘troubled’ people whose identity is known by the distinctive tattoo marking its members.” A tattoo like Nathan’s, I wonder? Meanwhile, Missick will play Tommy Bowen, a Boston detective investigating a serial killer case, who is a “shrewd, calculating policeman” but “a fish out of water” in Haven. Intriguing!
