Happy Sunday! First, a note: I’ll be traveling a lot between now and the end of the year, so I will try to keep things as on schedule as possible, but posting may be at slightly odd times depending on when I manage to get Internet access.

ABC has given full season pick-ups to Scandal and The Neighbors.

USA Network went on a cancellation spree this week: Political Animals, Fairly Legal, and Common Law will not return.

Also cancelled: Hit & Miss

The two-hour Fringe finale will air on January 18. SOB. I am not ready.

And Gossip Girl will end on December 17.

Renewed: Hell on Wheels, Wilfred, Luther.

Up All Night is switching to a multi-cam format and will have 16 episodes this season.

NBC is not going forward with Office spinoff The Farm.

FOX has reduced its order for midseason comedy The Goodwin Games from 13 episodes to 7.

HBO has picked up Stephen Merchant comedy Hello Ladies to series.

Canada’s Movie Central has given a six-episode order to Kim Cattrall’s adaptation of British comedy Sensitive Skin.

Author Nicholas Sparks has three different cable dramas in the works.

ABC has a Conan O’Brien comedy about an arty dad with a jock son, sci-fi drama Evolve, a Diablo Cody comedy, sci-fi drama MILA 2.0, action thriller Black Friday, family comedy Tribes, thriller Coup, and a Hollywood murder mystery drama.
CBS TV Studios is developing an adaptation of The Lost Girls.
The CW has a pop star drama.
The Disney Channel is looking at a Boy Meets World sequel series. I understand many people are excited by this news, but I’ve never seen the original.
FOX has a Greek god drama. Ooh.
TNT has a runaway bride drama.

Brendan Fraser has left his TNT pilot Legends.
