The Season 5 premiere of Lost Girl is almost here, and Showcase is starting the week off right with a new promo that will whet even the most Faenatical appetites!
This promo doesn’t just have trademark Lost Girl sassiness and sexiness, there may just be a few hints about what’s in store for Season 5: Lauren kicking ass with ninja stars in addition to her mind; Bo looking in the darkness for a “lost soul” (could it be Kenzi?); and Dyson ripping open the same gates that he found Tamsin outside of in the Season 4 finale.
(I am imagining Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song” going through Dyson’s head in this moment: “To fight the horde, singing and crying: Valhalla, I am coming!”)
(Yep, it’s the same gates!)

I think Kenzi will no longer be human when they do bring her back. That the necklace Lauren gave Bo has a bigger part to play, maybe a talisman of some sort. That maybe that isn’t Bo choking Lauren in the promo, fairly certain she gets kidnapped. Secretly hoping for a copdoc moment too.
I find it interesting that Bo is in an elevator, probably the leave “Hel” and something grabs her by the throat & we see her grab Lauren by the throat. I think it’s something Bo brings back with her.
