Before Arrow returns to the lineup next week, the fine folks in the production office have compiled Arrow: Year One, a handy “everything you need to know from Season One” hour-long special, to refresh your memory and whet your appetite for the Season Two premiere.

And here’s a sneak peek of “City of Heroes,” which picks up in the aftermath of the fit hitting the shan in last season’s finale. Season two premieres next Wednesday at 8 pm E/7 C on CW in the U.S. and CTV in Canada.
