Canadian pay TV network Super Channel announced that it will be bringing some of Starz’s most highly anticipated originals to Canada starting this fall.
First up is Ash vs Evil Dead on October 31, from Executive Producer Sam Raimi and starring Bruce Campbell. Based on the classic horror film Evil Dead , Campbell reprises his legendary role for ten 30-minute episodes. Limited series Flesh and Bone, a look at the inner workings of the ballet world, debuts in November. Steven Soderbergh’s anthology series The Girlfriend Experience, inspired by his 2009 film of the same name, is set for early 2016. The Starz/BBC film The Dresser — based on Ronald Harwood’s classic play, and starring Anthony Hopkins and Ian McKellen — will also premiere in 2016.
These new additions join returning Starz series on Super Channel, including Da Vinci’s Demons, Black Sails, Power, and Survivor’s Remorse.
