It’s official … Continuum has been renewed for a fourth and final season!
During an exclusive sit-down this evening with ET Canada, Continuum star Rachel Nichols confirmed that the Showcase original is returning in 2015 with a six-episode final season. The broadcast dates will be confirmed in the new year.
Nichols is quoted as saying, “All great stories deserve an end. I am excited and grateful to finish Continuum with the riveting conclusion it deserves. This series finale is dedicated to the devoted fans who have loyally supported us since day one.”
Creator Simon Barry is also back to give Continuum the heroic sendoff that it, and the fans deserve.

After that Season 3 cliffhanger, I’m breathing a sigh of relief that we get a conclusion to one of the finest sci-fi stories of our time!
