On tonight’s penultimate Season 2 episode of Cardinal, he, Delorme, and Commanda get closer to the truth of exactly who they’re dealing with.

The combined murder of Toof and a panic-induced bad decision by Kevin help the pieces come together. Commanda works the reservation for (horrifying) details while Cardinal and Delorme pay a visit to Toof’s Mom (Killjoys‘ Nora McLellan).
Commanda also pays a visit to Lasalle to reverse engineer another play, figuring both ends against the middle is often a pretty successful maneuver. Terri is still sequestered at the halfway house but not completely convinced that she’s wholly safe.
Cardinal and Catherine deal with the fallout from his disruption of her class. That’s not helped at all when the woman Cardinal had been paying off drops by and finds Catherine home instead of Cardinal.
