Television Without Pity released the results of their fan-voted Tubey Awards this week, and Castle‘s Nathan Fillion won the Favorite Actor category handily. Castle also won both Best Pop Culture Reference and Best “Hell Yeah” Moment for the Halloween episode “Vampire Weekend” in which Castle dressed up as Captain Mal Reynolds, Fillion’s character from Firefly.
Can Fillion leverage this fan love into a hosting gig on Saturday Night Live? Maybe, if Facebook campaigns really work. The NATHAN FILLION TO HOST SNL page has been “Liked” by over 13,500 fans already. Are you one of them? Do you want to see our favorite fictional mystery novelist on SNL?
