I’m fairly open with my viewing habits, but once in a while, there’s something I watch in silence. My dirty little secret? Criss Angel Mindfreak.
It all started when I was home sick on a Saturday, and A&E was airing a Criss Angel Mindfreak marathon between the first and second seasons. After just one episode, I was hooked on this magician’s escapades, and his evolution from Long Island Rock n Roller to sleek Las Vegas artist.
Why is it my dirty little secret? Whenever I’ve admitted to watching it, I’ve caught a lot of flack, except from a select few. Well, it’s out in the open now! I’ve enjoyed almost every episode to date, and I’m eagerly awaiting its return this summer. On my recent vacation to Las Vegas, I even tried to get tickets to his Cirque du Soleil show, “Believe”. It was sold out, but I did stumble across his bus at the Luxor Hotel, and snapped a few pics of it.
